Return/Cancelation Policy
You must report your return request within 30 days of shipment (sooner is better as it will ensure we can get everything processed on time). Products in unused, unopened condition may be returned for a full refund, minus a 10% restocking fee. You will receive a prepaid shipping label. Please package the item in the original package or an appropriately sized box and send it back. Once the item is received and accepted, we will begin processing your refund payment.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of your return shipment date. This includes the transit time for us to receive the item , process your return, and for your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number, contact information, and product details. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Canceled orders that have already been processed and shipped will be refunded minus a $10 processing fee for the Return to Sender request. Orders canceled prior to shipping will not incur this fee. Please keep in mind we try to process orders as quickly as possible and will have same-day shipping at times, so please let us know as soon as possible if the order needs to be canceled. The time that we are notified of the cancellation by the customer (i.e., the timestamp on your email) will be considered valid, not the time that we see it and reply.
Shipping
We can ship anywhere in the lower 48. Note that some products cannot be shipped to certain states (magazines, etc.). If you place an order for a product that is not allowed in your state, the order may go through, but the item will be removed from your order, or the order may be canceled. In the event of a cancelation of an item or order, you will be refunded the appropriate amount.
Shipping is a flat rate of $10. For the time being, this is the best shipping option we can offer until better systems are in place to reduce shipping costs.
